This confuses the consumer making them think they have the local Locksmith when in reality their call is received at a New York City Fraud Call Center. The Consumer is low balled a Service Call Price and when the person shows up (In a unmarked civilian vehicle) they are charged up to 100 times more from an untrained so called locksmith. these people usually damage the door and lock to get you in and then charge you BIG money to fix their damages.
