Could Not Submit Review

I tried to write a review of a business, but something was wrong with the layout of the page... I could not scroll down far enough to complete the task.

  Which browser and version do you use? (For example "Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP" or "Firefox 2 on Mac OS X 10.4").

  HAS THIS BEEN FIXED YET? 37 days ago and still a problem? That's not good.I'm new to this and like the features, but can not do a review either. HELP!!

  Reviewing (both new and editing) is working fine now.
  
  All that you have to do to create a rate and review a business is login and then click on either the stars or the text link. You must click the "submit review" button in the lower left corner when you are done to post it.
  
  Please tell is if you can't submit a review. Also, please tell us what sort of computer you have (Mac or PC) the browser you are using (safari, Internet Exporer or FireFox) and the operating system so that we can try to duplicate and then fix this problem.

  when I went to submit my review the scroll thingy wouldn't go all the way down to the button. Can anyone help?

  Could you explain more about this problem? If you give us some more info we can solve the problem.
  
  Are you using a small screen? We have not heard of this problem before. Also, are you on the Mac or a PC and what operating system?
