Incorrect Information

You have my business listed with the incorrect address and phone #. This just cost me a large job and I need this fixed ASAP.

  Why cant I call and speak with someone? You have my company listed on your website without my permission and you have ALL of the information incorrect. You have an address and a phone # that I have NEVER had. I just lost a HUGE customer because of this and yet I cant seem to talk to anyone about having this fixed.

  I have a serious issue with this site also. I am the manager of an auto dealer and recieved a very poor rating from a customer who said things about my business that turned out to be totally incorrect and the customer has since called to apologise to me for the posting. I joined YellowBot so that I could provide a rebuttal to the defamitory posting but I am not able to get in to the review site to provide an additional review. This is a serious problem for business owners and is one reason that the internet can cause more difficulty for consumers who are looking for help in selecting a local business. As with all things, there are always two sides to a story, you have to take advice from strangers with a grain of salt, and don't believe everything you read on the internet! YellowBot staff, I would hope that you reply to me and the other business owners who have problems with your site as you may be actually allowing harm to come to local businesses.

  I have contacted you several times now because first you had our address wrong and you still have us listed under Child Care and we are receiving calls. Toddler's Travels is a baby and beach gear rental company, NOT a child care facility. Please correct it asap.
