can't add a tag.

i'm new- can't add a tag, thus, am not in search

  Hi Kathi,
  
  You can add a tag by clicking on "Add a tag" on the business details page. A text box will show up where you can type in a list of tags, separated by commas. Once you're done typing them in, click on the "Add" button and your tags will be added.
  
  If you follow these steps and they are not added, please provide details about any errors you may see and which browser you are using and we will address it immediately.

  When I click on my account and go to tags, there is no text box. That's the problem. Can't add tags.

  The tags in the "my account" section are for display purposes only (not for entering them). It lists tags you have added for various locations.
  
  If you go to a business listing and add a tag, it will automatically show up in your "my account" page in addition to that business listing.
