Dr Jacobi bedside care and concerns is why i am alive today. In 2010, when all tests and exams said i was fine but his care caused me to take a heart cath and found 3 arteries blocked and had immediate 5 artery bypass, BUT THE MIRACLE WAS MY HEART WAS FINE. I just left Dr Patel office today and still have a clean bill of health.
