the botanic gardens is a nice place to see REAL plants from around the world! you can find a mini jungle filled with bamboo and you can see japanese flowers. there are roses and tulips and all kinds of flowers. i recommend this place for ocasional visits. the setting is nice and relaxing and they dont have animals there.

Sometime, to get away from the STRESS of my job, I take my lunch and my journal and went to the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens.
This place is incredibly beautiful. There are different area like the Rose Garden, Fragrance Garden, Japanese Garden and more to enjoy. There are charming water areas, picnic areas and benches for sitting and watching people.

The Japanese Gardens are really lovely no matter when you go. The trees are selected to have beautiful foliage in all seasons, and especially in the fall put on a brilliant display of colors, particularly the Japanese maples.
