Jeff Orth provided me with excellent courteous and professional service during my purchase process for a 2011 CPO Q5. Most of the details were handled over the phone and via email. When i went to test drive andpick up the car, the entire process was over in about 2 hours. If my Q5 performswell,it wont be the last Audi i buy at Fort Worth Audi.
