Service department is either incompetent or lazy or both. I'm voting for both. Anyway, I bought a brand new King Quad from these guys that started creaking from the rear. l was a told a creak is not unusual and that it would probably go away after a few hours of riding. It didn't. It got worse. So, I took it back for another look. After having it for two days they told me they could not find...

I came to schedule service on my motorcycle and sat there for 15 min while the only service writer spent his time with a supplier that was trying to sell him shop supplies. Enjoy your shop supplies.

I don't write reviews but this warrants one. You will find out they are an MSRP dealer after waiting two days for the incompetent management to put a deal together. On top of the MSRP they will also try to charge the customer for freight and setup costs of the toy, and then still have the audacity to offer an insulting amount for your trade.
