Dan Fincher is NOT the super to work for. His name should be Dan "Penny Pincher" not Fincher. Let me tell you. This man is all about used equipment. He is too afraid you are going to end up taking from his "year end bonus" rather then spending the extra for the moment. Trust me, I have seen this first hand. I am not about hurting feelings, I am all about the company and getting the job done...
