He was the best dr I ever had .... so sad of his sudden passing . RIP DR FORMICA

Dr. Formica has horrible bedside manner. He comes off rude and uncaring. He barely listens to patients and brushes off what they say. He makes fun of people because if their weight. He should not be caring for sick people who need compassion.

I am in a wheelchair because of a car accident, I needed a doctor to treat bursitis. I wish I read these reviews sooner as I never would have gone to him. I cannot believe that after treating me he yelled at me for being overweight then abruptly walked out of the room, never came back leaving me in my wheelchair with no assistance. It was very painful for me to struggle to get to the closed...

Dr. Made me want to give up on life, no help, just that I'm over weight, and said only fat people have sleep apnea,( I have friends that are small and have it?) If I got better sleep and ate less and I could still eat crap but just less, yes he said that. questioned why I am seeing him the other Dr I saw was good, made me feel like a waste of his time .I could go on but that would wast my time.
