I've been living here for 3-4 months. There's always kids messing the apartments up but that's like every other apartments, some grey days but there are its beauties. for my First apartment on my own, its welcoming with a wonderful community filled with play grounds for kids, animal area for animal lovers, and a big enough area to walk around and get some fresh air. Gym center and a pool also....
I've been at the landing at dash point for about a year and to be honest it's not bad. There are some crazy reviews out there about the complex but I haven't had any problems. They have a park for kids, sports court, pool, dog park/area which is nice because it gives the complex a sense of livelihood with the children always outside.
Its great place to live good enviorment to have kids great for a family i feel like home when im in my home i wouldnt have it any other way great schools and outdoor settings are amazing

this apartments no matter which way you see it...suck...they charge for your friends to come visit you and if u don't let them know they will be towed! don't move to this apartments....they are not good apartments...
