Mike was prompt and very thorough with taking care of our problem. In the process he found a future problem and took care of it also (after asking if I wanted him to). Will use Forbes again as needed.

Columbia Pump/Forbes Plumbing responded wi 6 hrs of notice of a major irrigation problem at our vineyard. As it turned out, we had not 1 but 2 serious problems that were efficiently diagnosed. Shawn quickly deduced that we had a defective pressure tank and called for a replacement delivery. We liked Seth, thought he did a great job getting us water!

Our problem was that he wasn't able to get to us in a timely matter. Mon. the 4th I was told he would be here around 9AM. By 11 or so I called to see where he was, was told he would be out in 45 min. 2:45 we finally see him! That's over 5 hrs later!
