Chef Thomas is great and my husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed our "Think like a chef" series of classes. We have learned so much and have had great meals each night too!! I would recommend this series to anyone that wants to enjoy cooking more.

Such a great time!! Chef Thomas is so personable and you can tell he is super knowledgeable. I loved the food we made. Chef Thomas gave lots of variations on the recipes to keep it interesting at home. I will definitely be going back!!

Had a great time! Chef Thomas makes sure you have fun & learn a lot. Whether you are a novice or an experienced cook, everyone is welcome & included. I loved his focus on adapting the dishes for ingredients you already have in your house- I left with 6 recipes but probably more than 50 other adaptations. Will definitely be back again!
