This place was better a few yrs ago but getting worst these days in terms of service! They're not reliable! I'll never go back here for my glasses anymore, and their styles are ancient! They got the wrong order & it took a while to get the right one back! yayyy
Totally uninterested in helping me find eyeglasses. Slow to respond to calls. Not nice. Dr lem however is great but not part of the store.
A screw came out of my sunglasses and I came in here asking if they did sunglasses repairs. They replaced the screw for free and I wasn't even a customer. Very classy of them.
Dr. Lem is fantastic. I was able to get an appointment within the week and my exam was quick and thorough. The admin staff made sure to consult with me about my insurance benefits before ordering anything. Dr Lem is my new optometrist for sure.
