My desire to remedy my toe nail fungus with Dr Kapan's laser treatment was completely ineffective. The considerable cost of over $1,000 to achieve nothing was disheartening. If I'd paid a contractor for such work I would like my money back. Dr. Kaplan has you sign a boiler plate 'get outa jail' form that lets him get away with such ineffective treatment, rather than do the right thing and return my money, or at least persist until the problem is resolved. On my visit to see the podiatris for the first time my experience with Dr Kaplan was superb, Dr Kaplan and his staff not only demostrated care and kindness, but Dr Kaplan medical knowledge of my foot condition and the treatment plan was oustanding.
