This is a horrible store. They lied to me repeatedly about when I would receive my furniture and refused to give me a refund, even though I waited twice as long as they told me. Very snobby and smug.

They may be fine for futons they have in stock, but if you have to order something forget it! They promised my special order would be here "next week" for over two months. They are snobby and cold and unapologetic.

We purchased a nearly $4,000. sectional sofa last summer. Within weeks the fabric began to come apart. Gary (owner) advised us to essentially ""prune"" away the threads that were pulling out of the upholstery but he was clear that FBN would not take the sofa back. One of the cushins also came apart within weeks and FBN did repair it quickly but when Gary delivered the repaired cushin he refused to enter our home to examine his defective couch.
