Picked up my furr babies today, and they are beautiful. The service was awesome, and all of the ladies that work there are so sweet!!! We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

We make an appointment every time we take our two dogs in but its starting to take longer and longer to get them out and the quality of work is not as good as when they first opened. If it doesn't change we will be looking for a new groomer.

I witnessed there horrible treatment of an animal being groomed. The employee acted frustrated and put out that a small dog was screaming and yelping every time she yanked his leg up too high to shave underneath. She grabbed its snout & smashed it shut while yelling at the dog to "stooooop!!" The did this several times and was very rough with this small dog. The gentleman at the cash register...
