Dealing with these guys is very frustrating so be prepared. It took forever to get them to even call me back let alone schedule the install. The gutters are really nice and the install went quickly but the downspouts needed some touch up paint that wasn't done. After the workers were gone, the Owner returned to inspect. He agreed they (his workers) should have touched up, ""he had told them to do it"" . I was told he would send me a can and I could do it myself, which would be ok, I guess. Except, of course, I never received the paint. I called once as a reminder, but never heard back. ...
