Service used to be excellent but now...
I was a regular at K. Flories for several years, but recently she has allowed customer service to seriously deteriorate. Her employees close the store early, essentially whenever they feel like it, and are quite rude. When she is there, it is still a good experience. However, if she is gone, which is often, be prepared for the sense that they are doing you a favor by sitting behind the desk and gossiping. Not at all what one would expect of an upscale establishment and certainly not what I received in the past. I might put up with this at Canton, for Canton prices, but not for what are certainly retail prices. Avoid unless you enjoy poor service coupled with prices that can only be described as not terribly overpriced.

Kathy Flores has No Class!! She treated me Horrible when I brought in some items for her to look at. She intentionally insulted me and my items saying they where "awefull" in front of other customers, I was very embarrassed and offended.
