Lovely home and gallery

We really enjoyed seeing the home and hearing the history of the artists' colony. It is beautifully kept and the impressionist art is wonderful.

Worth a visit

The museum is a small treasure that often hosts special exhibitions. We went to see the Walker Evans exhibit. We also discovered that there are lovely grounds surrounding the museum. You can explore the paths among some very beautiful plantings. There is a seasonal cafe which was closed for the winter when we visited.
