I agree - DO NOT do businees with this company. They distroyed my home then did as little as possible to make it right. Gus, the owner, is not a man of his word.
They even tried to charge me sales tax on labor

Run AWAY Run AWAY. These people are rude and have the worst customer service. They don't even give you a moment to speak and they are yelling at you! And I mean YELLING!

I had flooring installed by these people through my insuance, they messed up some flooring in my bedroom and they were so difficult to work with that I just gave up and lived with it. Years later I needed more flooring and when I called and spoke to the secretary she gave me the worst attitude and yelled at me. Then when I spoke to gus, he could not be bothered for a minute to help me and was SOOOO RUUUDE! He yelled at me and kept belittling me. I was in complete shock that I was speechless.. please do not do business with these people. They are terrble!!!
