I used to call these guys for repairs... the outcome of 3 service calls is items were fixed, bad customer service.

I don't pay for nasty attitudes, it is that simple. If people don't treat me well I just don't go back... I think this place got a little too big and the owner does not care about his customers anymore...sad...

My compliments to Flick Bros. I was interested in replacing my upright freezer. They gave me a good price plus free delivery and free pick-up of the old freezer. I shared the frosting problem I was having with my freezer. They made a recommendation to over come this problem. I followed their suggestion - worked. I still have my old freezer and Flick Bros. have my respect and recommendatin.
