Discovery Dinners are custom-made for wine lovers. Three four-course menu options ($75, $100, $150) come with chef-approved wine pairings. Must be groups of six or more and reserved in advance.

My wife & I saw that the Fleming's bartenders were voted #1 in Miami, so we had to check it out. Last Friday the bar was packed (thank goodness the bar tables are first-come-first-serve), but the service that Autumn, Beka, Owen & Dan provided made it seem like we were their VIP guests. Theres only so much you can do with a thick piece of meat. The first few bites were good untill you get to the overwhelming oil thats been poured over it. The grease flavor takes over which ends that. The side dishes are good, but we didn't go for the side dish. Ladies if your being brought there for a special occasion please do not expect anything else because you just set your spouse back...
