Anything but "flash" about 50 minutes late picking up a bridal party causing the bride to be 30 minutes late to her own ceremony which cause the ceremony to be cut short and the picture time to be cut short as well. Absolutely no apologies offered and we're very very rude upon all interactions with them. No courtesy call telling the bride they were running late. Way to cause so much stress on...
