**** UPDATE 3/17/16 **** My issues have been resolved and Flash was able to get my Generac working again. They were very concerned and wanted me to be a happy customer. They sent out a senior manager who did the diagnostics and repairs. While it took longer than it should have, this company stands behind its work.
