Love flame broiler, hate this one! 2nd time these guys have closed early on me. Sped over hungry, guy locked the door in my face at 5 minutes til the hour WITH several diners still eating inside. If you're open til 9 and have customers til 9 then stay open til 9! We all have cell phones with accurate time on them. Viva Calimexico I guess.
Ok so, I used to frequent this place. Small brown rice and chicken bowl, half rice only.. However this company is never consistent. Either the rice isn't cooked enough or the chicken is burned.. They always put too much rice too, despite making it clear I want only half! It's a decent place to get clean food, but the cost isn't worth the mistakes they seem to be making often.
Save your money and go to Cancun Fresh next door. This place just raised their prices another $.45!!! So a regular bowl now costs about $7.50. And you're paying mostly for rice!
