This place is a joke... I couldn't get them to show up, and when they left, my home was in shambles... My dogs ran into some broken glass right outside my house, they were rude, when i inquired as to why my dogs would run into glass??? Are you serious? This place will not be recommended to any of my friends and family.
They didn't show up to measure the window when they were supposed to; then they showed up an hour late to do the installation. When I called the owner to complain, he couldn't understand what my problem was. He finally said he would discount the bill. When the workers were finished, one presented me with the bill. I told him the owner was giving me a discount. He asked why, argued with me, and then threatened to sue me! When I called the owner, the employee said he didn't want to talk to his boss and promptly left screaming at me all the way that he was going to sue me. I told his boss this, and the boss tried to tell me his worker was really a good man. Unbelievable! He might change his mind when this guy ruins his business.
