Place is a little overcrowded with equipment, but the staff and owners are amazing. Ultra friendly, treated like family. The place is maintained better than any gym I have been. I've literally have seen machines fixed minutes after them breaking. I highly recommend the place

This is an awesome gym. I was home for the holidays and decided to stop here after having a few people recommend it to me as one of the most powerlifter friendly gyms around. This gym exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. Lifeforce is a great place!
