I only come here for ZUMBA classes! Nicole is one of the best zumba instructors I've ever had. She has high energy from beginning of class till the end of class which I love! She is very high impact fast pace but is very doABLE! I bring my mom with me every morning and burn around 500kcals in one class! Her motto is "if you feel stupid doing the dance moves... then you're doing it right!" =)

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANY ONE!!!! LETS START WITH THE GYM.... VERY SMALL! .... bathrooms are ridiculously small!.... there are no changing areas. there are no showering areas! there are no stretching areas unless you consider your weight or cardio area as this!... basically its a …

Do not get a membership here if you think there may be a reason someday to cancel your membership or move out of area . I moved out of the area and Was a pain to get my membership cancelled but eventually got my membership HOWEVER They didn't cancel my 13 year old son from there system who …

The only gym I feel comfortable in. Such friendly staff and they are all super motivating. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I love fit 19 everyone is very nice there. Since i been going there 11 months it been wonderful. The trainers are the best very good people.
