Fit - NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE
I was not impressed with club maintenance, club management, and customer service at Fit Athletic Club. I attempted to contact management to resolve valid issues of cleanliness, equipment safety, and customer service and did not ever receive a call back. After zero contact from management, I decided to quit (within the first 30 days of membership.) Although I have a signed copy of my cancellation letter as received by the club, they are suggesting that I cannot cancel. My sales rep Olivia told me that I'd have no problem canceling my membership if I wasn't 100% satisfied. She obviously has not seen how management actually ignores cancellation notices or if she has, misrepresented how simple the process is. This club is a joke and will not last in San Diego. Do not pay their outrageous fees - they will not even let a guest of yours in! Ridiculous! Unprofessional! Below standard customer service and management!
