I went to Fischer's Cake to figure out how to make a friend, a true raspberry and dark chocolate lover, a special cake for Veteran's Day.

Not only did they have a big bag of raspberry filling (like you would put in donuts) they also explained how to accomplish my goal. For some projects, it is a rather large bag yet they explained It keeps like jelly so it doesn't go to waste.

Success! He absolutely said it was the best cake he ever had...what more could you want to hear from a veteran?

Fischer's offers classes including and beyond the usual Wilton.

Prices are competitive, selection good.

The photo is old. They now occupy the whole building and use the front part for classes, parties, etc.
