After we had our volkswagon service for the check engine light, we had the same problem after one week. We took our car to Auto Zone to have the check engine light scan for free since we were charged previously for the same problem at First Tire. I brought my car to them for the first time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought there was something wrong with my a/c, and although they spent the day looking at it and couldn't find anything wrong, they didn't charge me for the evaluation.
This place is a freaking rip off. If I broke down in their parking lot I would have it towed to another garage. I will never go to that place again. Im 60 yrs old and I work in very hard 7 days a week as a matter of fact. This place was recommended to me and I have no clue why! Pure RIP OFF!
