Amy the hygienist is first class, love her. Dr. Lorenzo was great as well......but (yes Dr. Phil says you can forget everything I just said)..... This practice has the rudest Office Manger and I refuse to be treated how she treats people. I was getting a crown replaced and had one estimate, (of course they didn't bother to call my insurance company) and told me the wrong tooth they were...
