Do Not USE This Company for Heat and A/C Problems

I was quoted $5380 for a new heat and a/c system , 410a , 16 sear condenser/coil and heat pump . This was the quote for everything including install . They came out and installed a 13 sear unit telling me it was the 16 sear , and still charge me the $5380 +tax , the receipt they installed the 16 sear . We only found out it was 13 sear when registering the unit for the warranty and the $1500 tax...
