Horrible return policy. Need to get an RA for within 30 days and even then they change you 10% plus shipping. Horrible horrible customer experience. Buy your stuff somewhere else. Do NOT buy here.

Wow. I really like my district made shirt that ive ordered few days ago in your store! Really comfortable to wear it and even my boyfriend wanted to have the charcoal type t-shirt. smile emoticon Anyway, I will order again once I get back to home.

Placed an order online needing the items pretty quick. Few days after placing the order I get a call stating that the product was out of stock that I would have to wait extra week for it to be in stock. I waited that week and an extra 2 days with no word from firestoreonline and I called them only to find out they still don't have that product in. Instead the rep wants me to take another...

Crappy company, crappy service. They have already collected the money out of my account yet will not ship my merchandise. I have called several times and asked for a manager which has conveniently been gone every time I call the last two days. I am beyond FED UP!!! Do not purchase anything from them!!
