It is my experience that Firestone in W. Springfield's employees are both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I bring my car there for all my service and have never been anything but thrilled. I would recommend them to anyone.

Under no circumstance should you use this service center. These folks are hacks. When in for a routine tire rotation and they ended up breaking the axle pins that held the tire and then charged us for it. You've been warned.

I went to the Firestone atuo care facility in West Springfield Ma. I was greated by the service manager Tim. He ask how he could help me ? I told him I was in need of 4 new tires but had a limited buget. He was very patient and took the time to find me a good quality set of Firestone tires that would fit my buget.
