They have lost our business.

My son is a student in Tuscaloosa and took his car to Firestone for an oil change. The technician recommended multiple repairs to total about $800. We declined and instead took the car to our trusted home town mechanic. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car; no repairs were needed. What a shame that they would try to take advantage of a customer that way. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
