6 hours to install tires...

I bought new tires and had them shipped directly to Firestone in Hackensack. All they had to do was put the new tires on. I made an early morning appointment in advance but somehow it took them nearly 6 hours to do. The staff was nice but man, I couldn't believe how long I was there.

Slow Installation

The installer wasn't in a rush to get my tire installed. I dropped the wheel of on Monday at 6 PM so the tire can be install once I arrived at 10 AM on Tuesday November 9th. I found the time to install 1 tire seemed long. Overall good experience. Since the tire wasn't firestone I felt they weren't making any money on my trip and it showed as part of the experience.
