BAD SERVICE, DIDN'T DO WORK THEY SAID. AND possibly THIEVES.went for inspection, They said they could do my high end car alignment as well. (yes I know, I should have never let them touch it)...

The personnel at Firestone was very friendly and did a great job on the installation. The only downside was the installation took a few hours, but it was done on a Saturday afternoon so it was a busy time. The tires from tirebuyer were delivered incredibly fast, only took 1 or 2 days after the order date to arrive at the store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We took our car in because our check engine light went on. We paid a bill over $1400. When we got back to IL our check engine light came back on. We took the car to our regular Firestone in IL. The Manager advised us there was black electrical tape around some of the parts and he had to order replacement parts as they were broken.
