Firestone had very friendly service and all of the employees seemed knowledgeable and very helpful. My service took almost an hour longer than expected, but they seemed quite busy. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would use them again for other services .
The Firestone guys were fast and efficient. it took them less than 45 minutes from start to end. I would definitely go there again for any tire work.

Initially, the installation price charged was different (by $24.) than the one they advertised on The TireBuyer site. I said no. They said ok but the bill still ended up to be $4.04 more than advertised. I am comparing this to last set I had installed at another store. I specifically chose firestone because they are nationwide, and in the past few years, whenever I needed great work and great customer service, they were at the top level. I did not think a local installer would benefit me, when I travel all the time, and need work done on my tires.
