easy process and good facility.also they did good job of install tire.but I've been wait long time to pick up my car.I dropped in the morning (9 AM)and they call me after 4PM.

The tires arrived at Firestone overnight and I got a call promptly the morning after I placed the order to schedule an installation. They were very flexible and my wife dropped off the car around 3:30 and we picked it up at our leisure around 6:30. The staff was friendly and not pushy of the extra services they had to offer. I checked the box on the night drop envelope requesting a front end alignment. I called them in the morning to confirm and when I went to pick it up they never did the alignment. They said I never checked the box. I showed them the pic I took of the envelope before I dropped it inside the night drop. Not to happy. New tires without alignment.
