After an appointment mishap across the street at Conrads, I decided to try Firestone. I got right in and was out within an hour for an oil change. A fuse also blew where i use my car charger and they fixed that at no cost!! I live right down the street and will continue to go to this Firestone location from now on.
They got me in the same day the tires arrived at their shop. Took a little longer to install than I anticipated, about 2.5 hours but overall they did a good job.
Everything about this tire buy was great. I will definitely recomend
This location really took care of me 3 times......The service manager Sunny really made it his business to get my truck fixed right.....I had it serviced at a canton location and I still had a problem with it.....Canton worked with the westlake location and got my truck fixed right..... I'm very happy and will always let this location work on any of my cars.......
