If I could post in the negatives I would. They don't replace the parts they charge for. Problems they fix do not get fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've gone to this Firestone for years. They are fair and honest and don't recommend unnecessary work like other companies do. Prices are reasonable and competitor coupons are gladly accepted.

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Henrietta is dishonest and takes advantage of women. I was provided a detailed quote over the phone and when my wife brought the car in they ripped her off--charged much more than the original quote for the same service/items.
