To be honest, I'm not all that impressed. They're giving me the feeling that they don't want to even put tires on it..making a big deal over the vehicle, which is a E350 van with a 12' body on it...just a foot longer than an extended econoline, and a little taller...I told them of this when I ordered the tires a couple of weeks ago...this is the second set of tires I've bought from this place,...

Got an oil change.. Over inflated my tires by 8 lbs each, broke tire valve, got flat tire!!! Took it back next day... Made me wait 90 mins on their mistake to replace valve ...what a joke!! Been a customer for over 10 years not any more!!!

This past weekend I had an issue with my car not starting. Had my car jumped and took to Firestone to be looked at regarding this issue.
