Sold my daughter a tire because they didn't have a tool to take the spare tire off. They didn't use her tool that was in the floor board. When I tried to speak to a district manager I was told that I would get a phone cal in 24 hours. I never got that call. I called again and was told that it would be escalated to a regional manager. 30 days later no phone call.

At first I was told that they don't make appointments, but after getting the manager involved I had an appointment for 8 am. Arrived at 7:55 and was told by the very friendly staff that mine would be next. 50 minutes later they started with my vehicle. After they started it only took them 25 minutes to complete the service. They take appointments, they just don't stick to them.

I called ahead as it was a 30 minute drive. The rep told me to come on and they could install when I got there. When I arrived, they were so busy that he told me I would have to come the next day for install. I just took the tires to another business and they installed them promptly. I realize they got busy, but I did call ahead....
