I purchased a tire thru tire buyer.com and had it sent to Firestone for installation. They pretty much knew what I was there for when they saw my vehicle pull up and took care of the installation right away. The service was fast and prompt and I didn't have to worry about missing articles from vehicle unlike discount tire located on 1960 in Houston Tx. I will definitely be doing business with...

Pleased to get the free shipping and discount for sending tires to local Firestone. However, because of the size of the tire the facility did not have a large enough machine to actually install the tires. Contact person was nice and pick up was easy. Wound up taking them to an NTB.
