I ordered the tires from tirebuyer.com and they were delivered within a few days. I did not even have to call and verify that they received them, instead they called me when they showed up. The installation price was very reasonable. Installation time was minimal.
I made an appointment for 4:00 pm and when I arrived they started the work almost immediately. I could not be any happier with the work performed or the experience with the service managers.
They put my directional tires on backwards. When I took them back to correct it. They didn't properly balance my tires and my vehicle vibrates now and didn't before their installation. I paid extra for the lifetime rotate and balance and never plan to use it due to not wanting to waste time their and somewhere else getting it corrected
They called the same day tires were ordered we made an appointment convenient for us. When we arrived we were taken care of right away. Very pleased with the whole experience.
