Need to find another place that does alignment. Firestone charged and didn't touch the "camber" claiming they didn't have the specs. It's an 07 camry, how they don't have specs is beyond me. I suspect this was a big job and they basically didn't want to spend the time fixing it, but they touched everything else …

I came here as a walk in because my Enterprise rental car had an issue with the tire. Service was quick and polite. They said it would take about an hour to look at it, diagnose it and make whatever repair was needed. I asked if I could just drop it off and come back, and after a lovely time at dim sum, my car was ready, smooth sailing!

I made an appointment online for a simple oil change. Showed up and was told there would be at least a two hour wait for a lift. I mentioned I made an appointment and was told "Sorry, but appointments do not matter, first-come, first-serve and out lifts are tied up" I left so no idea about the quality of their work and I never will.

i went to couple of shops, got a few prices, received the best price from lee myles of flushing. the service was great, and i saved couple of hundred bucks
