i received a call from firestone the morning after i placed a tire order on tirebuyer saying they had my tire, I told them i could stop by that day but it would have to be during lunch break at work. They were able to install and get me back to work in no time at all

easy process, easy installation

Very easy process. I wish the installer could have fixed the camber during install. But tire install was perfect.

Horrible service. Wrong diagnosis just to charge more money. Worst auto repair ever. It's better to just pay the extra money and go to the dealership to get things done right the first time...
