The staff at Firestone were very friendly and provided great service. My dealership recommended an alignment, but the technician provided a free alignment check prior to charging me for the service in order to verify that I actually needed it performed. This was my 1st time ordering tires online and then having them delivered locally. Firestone was very efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They called me when the installation was complete and checkout process was a breeze!

I normally avoid chain auto shops.... but I'm telling yall.... this Firestone is the epitome of excellent customer service. I walked in on the verge of tears after work with a car that wouldn't start, and left feeling valued and with a giant smile on my face. these guys kick ass! SERIOUSLY!

Battery died just as were about to go on a trip. AAA jumped us and we limped into Firestone. They installed a new battery ASAP and got us on our way in a jiffy. Thanks for the quick service, Firestone!

Depends on what Firestone location you take your car too. This location seems to be helpful and good customer service the times I have taken my car to them to have some service done. But I have gone to other locations and services have not been up to good standards. So it can be a hit or miss.
